Tutorial for Click And Unfold
Let's go over the basic steps to use the click and unfold tool in Ultimate Papercraft 3D.
Basic Example
From the main menu, click 2D Tools | Click and Unfold to enable the tool, or click on its toolbar button, located in the Layout toolbar.
Once enabled, click on any edge to unfold it. Edges highlighted in green are unfoldable, while edges highlighted in red are not unfoldable.
If the edge is unfoldable, an arrow will point to the location of where the edge will be unfolded.
How to use:
- To unfold edges continuously, hold down the left mouse button, and then move the mouse over any edge to unfold it.
- For greater control and precision, zoom into the layout view using the middle mouse wheel.
- To exit the tool, either toggle off the Click and Unfold toolbar button, or right-click to bring up the context menu, and
select Toggle Tool Off.
